Man, I've been busy! Must be the Holiday weekend or something!! :)
Friday, I did 30 minutes Yoga at home from memory. I was way sore waking up, so I thought I'd get some stretching in! I hadn't done yoga in a while and could feel it! I am hoping with my training to fit it in once a week, even go to a class for it. Then I just went on a 20 minute jog/walk with my kids while they were on their bikes. It was more leisurely for me, but I did break a sweat! Even being sore, it was nice to move my legs some!
Yesterday, I unfortunately slacked off, but for good reason! I had to work 4 hours in the morning and then help my Grandma Holt with some stuff at her house and didn't get home till 7pm. I was so exhausted at that point that I just relaxed the rest of the night. I'm kicking myslef now, for not running, but am hoping to make up for it this coming week!
Here is what I will be doing this week:
Monday: 30 Minutes Run/Abs
Tuesday: Dance/Workout/Weights
Wednesday: 30 Minutes Run/Abs
Thursday: Swim/Weights
Friday: Yoga/Rest
Saturday: 30 Mintues Run/ Abs
Sunday: Rest
This week, the kids start school, so it'll help me to get up early, get the kids to school, and workout!!
