Runner #9

On Friday I got my distances for Ragnar, and I will be runner #9! My first leg is 2.9 Miles/ Easy, 2nd leg is 3.6 Miles/ Easy, and 3rd leg 6.6 Miles/ Hard. I feel really good about my distances being my first Ragnar race and am way excited!! Now, I really have to up my training these next 8 weeks!!

Here is my schedule this week:

Mon- Cycle Class/35 Min Run/Abs

Tues- Dance Class/Weights

Wed- 45 Min Run/Abs

Thurs- Muscle Works Class

Fri- Yoga/Stretch/30 Min Run

Sat- 20/20 Min Run/Abs

Lots of running, which scares me, but I know I can do it!! SO Ready to get my booty going!! :)
