Let another week begin!

Today has been quite nice I must say of not doing anything workout wise, but I am pumped and ready for this new week to start with my training. I will be doing pretty much what I did last week, but maybe up it on my miles a little. Here is my schedule:

Monday: Cyle Class/ 3 Mile Run/ Abs

Tuesday: Dance and Weight Classes

Wednesday: 4 mile Run/ Abs

Thursday: Muscle Works Class

Friday: Swim 1600/ Stretch

Saturday: Run 5 Miles/ Abs
Oh, and Tough Mudder is 4 weeks away! So freakin' excited!!!
