Today I woke up not feeling very motivated on getting to the gym, but pushed that out of my system fast and did the cycling class. It was so good and I can definitely feel my knees working and getting stronger! We did intervals of 15 seconds sprint, 15 recover, 30 sprint, 30 recover, and so on adding 15 seconds to each interval until we got to 2 minutes. It was intense!! Then we climbed hills which aren't my favorite, but I know it is so good for me!! At the end, I was a sweaty mess!!
When I got home, I ran 3 miles. It was tough today!! My right achilles tendon was hurting as I was running, but I pushed myself the whole way. Not sure what to do to help it. It was kind of bothering me on Saturday too. It is no fun to run when you are hurting that's for sure! Hopefully I will feel better by Wednesday for my 4 mile.
Any pointers?
