Love me my Tuesdays!! It's a day where I don't have to worry about working out until later at night, plus I'm dancing with people I love!! Today, we started out with the workout. We partnered up and did a tag team thing where I would be doing a weight thing, while my partner would do cardio, and then we would switch. We did about 10 different switch ups focusing on arms, legs, butt, you name it! Then at the end we did a lovely killer ab workout! I liked doing the workout first, but felt more out of it then when we workout after our dancing. It was a good change though! Then we did our hour technique class which is fabulous as always! My legs were so sore though!! Cycling Mondays really make me feel it on Tuesdays! After, we worked on our show for next year. We started learning one of the songs Respect by Pink. It's one of her older songs, but I absolutely LOVE it!! Such a fun number!!
Can't wait for next week :)
