Yesterday I worked in the morning, helped my Grandma out with a few things, and then went to my Mom's house to spend some time with them. I planned to do my run there since I was needing a change of scenery and a new route. I ended up running 4.5 miles, on the slow side, but I did it! During the run, I felt good, but my knees started bothering me :( Dang things!!! I felt like I could have gone longer too, but my knees were telling me different! I hope I can get through this next week with not much pain! I have to get to 5 miles this week, maybe 5.5 miles!! As for today, I am relaxing, recovering, and enjoying time with my kiddos until Douglas gets home from his trip tonight! Here's my schedule for this coming week!
Monday: Cycle Class, 3 mile run
Tuesday: Dance Class/Workout
Wednesday: 5 mile run
Thursday: Muscle Class and Abs
Friday: 3 Mile Run
Saturday: Recovery (Will be doing a group run next day)
