Today I went to the gym and hit up the cycling class. I hadn't been in forever, but feel like it's a good addition to my training! The lady who teaches is awesome! We warmed up, started with a hill, some sprints, repeat, and then did interval training. My knees were feeling it, but weren't hurting thank goodness!! I think it'll be way good for them with all the running and dancing I do! So excited for this Monday class! It definitely kicks my booty!
When I got home, I was going to wait till later to put my running in, but the weather was all cloudy and a little rainy, so I couldn't pass it up! I started running feeling good and then at about mile 1, it hit me and I had to pee REALLY bad!! I made my way back home, went to the bathroom, and went right back out. I ended up doing 2.53 miles which isn't bad, but I was hoping to do at least 3 miles and run 35 minutes total. I would have kept going too, but had to pick up Haiden from school. Maybe I can fit in another 10 minutes later to make up for it!
I can tell my ankles and knees are a little sore, but I feel good! Now, onto my ab pyramid!
