Day 22 and 23...

So, this is my 4th week into my P90X workouts!! Crazy!! It's gone really fast so far and I am starting to see awesome results!! Yesterday (day 22) I decided to do the leg and back workout and fit in ab ripper x as well. I know, I'm not following exactly what my schedule says, but I didn't get it in last week and really wanted to do it! It felt so much easier doing it than the first time I did it! The calf raises and wall squats suck big time, but my legs are getting stronger! I can feel it!! Today, I am going to do Cardio X. Didn't do that last week as well, so want to fit it in today! This is supposed to be more of a recovery week, but what the heck!! I just want to keep going!! I'll most likely do yoga and the stretch this week, so that counts as recovery right? Oh ya, and 25 days till the tough mudder!! Can't wait :)
