Day 20... Kenpo X
Today in my schedule, I am supposed to do the back and leg workout, but because on Thursday I worked my legs so much, I decided to do Kenpo x instead. I love that workout! It gets you so so sweaty!! Bad thing was I while doing one of the kicking parts, I kicked Trinity in the face!! She was walking behind me and I got her real good!! My eceles tendon hurt so bad. I had to take a few minutes before I could get back into the workout! I feel bad though! It's hard to do the p90x when I have my kids and dog in the way! Luckily I haven't hurt my kids yet!! Anyways, I feel good overall finishing up my 3rd week! I can tell my waist is getting smaller and that I am feeling so much more stronger!!!
