Catch Up...
I'm a little behind. Not with p90x, but with blogging :) Wednesday was my yoga day. I went to the class at the gym again. I really like the instructor!! Her class is a little different than what I am used to, but I enjoy it! She has us do a lot of more challenging moves. It's relaxing, but intense at the same time! Thursday, I did the arms and shoulders and Ab ripper x. It's only been a week, but I am really seeing more definition in my arms and I feel stronger too! Friday, unfortunately I got sick :( I had a lot of the flu like symptoms where my body was all achy everywhere, and I had no energy. I wasn't nasious or anything so I wonder if my body was just tired, not sure. I ended up taking a break since I couldn't do much. Today though, I feel so much better! I did the the back and legs workout, which I wasn't looking forward in doing, but after doing it, I felt that it was so much easier this time around! I mean, it still sucked, but in a good way! After I did Ab ripper x. That is also getting easier as well which I love!! I went and got a massage after which was fabulous!! My shoulders were way tense, so it was nice to loosen them up a bit. My knees are kind of achy now, but overall, I feel great!! More confident for this next week!!!
