Day 14, 15, 16...

Sunday of course was my rest day. Yesterday, I decided to switch it up a little bit and did plyometrics. It isn't in the lean training schedule, but I love it so much that I thought I'd throw it in!! It's been a while since I did it last and I could definitely feel it!! My butt and legs were killing me and I was soaking wet!! Such a good workout though! Today, I decided to do the arms and shoulders. Since I've worked my legs and butt a lot I wanted to focus elsewhere today. I love that workout too. My arms are getting strong and tone! I love it :)
