Day 7, Rest... Day 8, Core Synergistics...
Yesterday was my rest day, thank goodness!! Today, I was still sore from Saturday's lovely workout so I thought I would swim to try and stretch my legs out, which it helped somewhat. I ended up swimming about a 1400 swim, not as intense as normal, but still really good! Then I did Core Synergistics again. This time, I could definitely tell the difference of struggling more from doing all of the workouts last week, but I got through it and actually don't feel as sore as before. Wish me luck with week 2!!
