Day 6- Legs and Back and Ab Ripper

OH MY HECK!!!! This was the first time I did the back and leg workout for p90x and it was KILLER!!! My calves and quads were burning the whole time!! Don't get me wrong, this workout is going to be awesome for me, but I just hate it right now!! You can ask Douglas! I was grunting the whole time! Then besides doing that, I had to do Ab ripper right after! Not fun whatsoever, but I just have to think, in 2-3 weeks time, it'll be a breeze for me(hopefully)!! Just glad to have a break today. Wish me luck this week! I will be repeating what I did last week. Should be lots of fun!!!!
