Day 2...
Today for my workout, I did Cardio X. I love this workout because it has a mix of yoga, kenpo x, plyo, and core. I woke up today with a way sore booty and my arms were a little sore as well, but it was nice to have a little bit of the yoga in the workout to stretch my muscles some. All the other ones in the workout really kicked my butt!! I was soaking wet by the time I was finished!! It's gross to be all sweaty, but I love the feeling of knowing I really pushed myself! So far, so good! I know it's only day 2, but I feel great and am ready for more :)
