Day 4 and 5...
So, I kind of goofed in the order of my workout schedule! On day 3, I was supposed to do arms and shoulders and 4, yoga, but got them switched, which really works out better for me since the yoga class is on Wednesdays. As long as I do it all right?? So day 4, I did the arms and shoulders workout and then did the ab ripper x. They were both really good for me, but man, after doing them, I was really feeling the soreness!! My shoulders are killing me and my mid section hurts, but it's such a great feeling that I don't mind it one bit! Yesterday, day 5, again I had to flip days 5 and 6 because of the switch earlier to alternate, so I ended up doing Kenpo X. Like I've said before, I love this workout!! It is so good for your arms and a good all around cardio workout! I could tell I was a little more pooped by the end since I did the arm workout the day before, but I pushed through it and finished all sweaty!! Today, I will be doing the leg and back workout and the lovely ab ripper x again! That thing is a killer!!!!! At least tomorrow is my rest day :)
