Day 3...

Today for my p90x schedule, I did Yoga. I'm not very fond of their yoga they have, so I went to an hour yoga class at the gym. I had never taken a yoga class there till today and really enjoyed what the instructor had us do. I think every yoga class is so different, so you never know what you are going to get! She had us focus a lot on balance and had us try some really cool moves, which surprisingly I did pretty well!! I've only been to about 10 yoga classes total, but my body does quite well with it and it's actually something I will try and do more often. If you haven't ever tried yoga, you should!! It isn't as intense as some other cardio classes, but man, it totally works your body!! I was all shaky after!! It's such a different workout, but in such a good way!! I think it helps with flexibility as well as making you stronger! Can't wait for next week to do it again :)
