Day 18 and 19...

Ok, I have to admit, yesterday I didn't do any of the P90X, but I went to the gym wanting to do a TRX class, but unfortunately it was full, so I decided to do another yoga class and then the cycling class. Those together were definitely good enough for me do not do any more workouts for the day. The yoga class was less intense as Wednesdays, but it was really good to stretch! Now, let me get to the cycling. It was WAY INENSE!! Holy Cow!!!! She had us do 1 minute each of 6 different moves on the bike, repeat for 45 seconds, repeat 30 seconds, 15 seconds, and then repeat everything all over again!! I was literally soaking wet after, like I had just gotten out of a pool!! It was awesome!!!

Today, I decided to do the core synergistics workout. My arms were much weaker today than normal, but I managed to get through it! I thought I'd have the energy to put another workout in, but I am beat!! Gonna call it a day :)
