So, last week I continued doing the recovery week. The weekend however was rough since it was my wedding anniversary and me going to St. George, plus a funeral to focus on. I have to think exactly what I did so I can get back on track.... After thinking about it, to be honost, I can't even remember what I did last Wed, Thur, and Fri. I did do workouts, but I am actually going to start back up with today, since I've had a few breaks here and there! I want to be consistent!!
So today, I will start at day 24.
I am going to do the arms and shoulders today, plus ab ripper x. Again, I am not following exactly what my lean schedule is, but trying to stay the closest to it. Wish me luck to get back into the swing of things!!
