A change in training...
Starting Monday, I start my 4 week Tri Training!! I found a great schedule for me to follow. It's a lot of Swimming, Biking, and Running of course, which will get me good to go by July 30th. With how much I will be training each week, I figured I would only do p90x 2-3 times each week so I don't over do it!! It is seriously so hard to contemplate what to do, especially while training, but I feel that it'll be the best way for me to be ready!! Today I did cardio x with p90x. I felt good doing after a few days off since the Tough Mudder. Makes me excited to do the Herriman Tri!! I just love looking forward to races :) Wish me luck!!
