Starting over on Week 5

Ya, I've been a slacker this last week or so!! I mean I've done the workouts here and there, but not like I did them the first 4 weeks, so this week is the official 5th week for me!! I'm also sticking to what my schedule shows as well! Yesterday, I did core synergistics. I can tell it's getting much easier for me than when I first started doing it! I think my favorite part of it are the stacking pushups and banana/superman. Today, I did Cardio X. Feeling good today!! I actually feel like running outside, so hopefully I'll get myself to do that as well!! 11 Days till the tough mudder!!!
