Day 1 for Tri Training!!

Today I was supposed to do a 500 m swim and 30 minute run, but due to it being the 4th of July, I was only able to run. I ran 2.5 miles around my neighborhood. The weather was perfect today and I did a night run so it was cooler. I can totally tell that I haven't been running lately with how my legs felt after, but the schedule I'm doing will definitely whip me into Shape with that!! I am so excited for my Tri on the 30th and hope to really improve on my run!!
