Here is what I will be doing by the 30th:
Fri 7/15- swim 1200 and run 30 min
Sat 7/16- bike 1.5 hours and p90x arms
Sun 7/17- off
Mon 7/18- swim 1000 and run 30 w 4x 2min hard, 2min easy
Tue 7/19- bike 1 hr and p90x legs and back
Wed 7/20- run 45 min, yoga
Thu 7/21- bike 1 hour run 20 min
Fri 7/22- swim 1200 run 1 hour
Sat 7/23- bike 2 hours, p90x shoulders
Sun 7/24- rest
Mon 7/25- swim 1000, run 30m w 5min fast in middle
Tue 7/26- bike 1 hour
Wed 7/27- swim 500 easy, bike 30, run 15
Thu 7/28- yoga
Fri 7/29- run 10, bike 20, swim 300 easy
Sat 7/30- race day!!!
