Feeling Good Today

Today I ran 45 minutes and swam 1000. A little short of what my workout should have been, but I wanted to take it easy on my knees. Last night I did the p90x back and legs workout and my right knee was killing me :( I was very nervous to workout today, but luckily felt really good after! The best I have felt in a while now! It's weird how my knees go back and forth with pain. Not sure what I need to do at this point with them. Just gotta get through this next week and get my Tri done and over with! I am very excited for it though! I just have to do my best and be happy whether my knees affect my time or not. We'll just have to see I guess!!
