Cycle 60:00

Yesterday, I had my cycling class again. I made sure to really push myself with the resistance, which went good! Once again, I am so happy that my knees don't hurt anymore!! It's fabulous :) After, my instructor did a transition class for triathlons. It helped me so much to get a better idea on what to expect for the race as well as how to set up for it! It makes me that more excited/nervous for it!! It's getting so close!!!

Today, I'll be swimming. My workout today is 200 free, 200 IM, 200 kick. Then 10 50s drill down build back. Main set 200 Build.
4 100s Descend. 8 50s middle 25 fast and warm down. Thanks again Amie for helping me out on the workouts!!!
