Today, I swam a 1/2 mile straight again. I didn't feel very energetic doing it, but I got myself to swim a minute faster than last time I did it, which was just over 12 minutes. Not bad, but I hate the way I've been feeling the past few days. I'm constantly tired and have no energy! I don't know if it's my body telling me to slow down with my training or what!! I just don't want to be feeling this way a week and a half before my triathlon!! Any suggestions on what I should do?
Besides the 1/2 mile, I swam an additional 800 consisting of 200 warm up, 200 kick, and 400 IM drill.
Yesterday, I biked an hour and lifted.
