Run and Bike
Saturday and Yesterday were my running days. I ran a total of 30:00 Sat and 45:00 Monday. I'm really trying to push myself with the running, since it's not my favorite thing in the world, but the more I do it, the better I feel! I can go nonstop now without having to take a rest, so that's definitely a step up for me! Then today, I did my cycling class. We got a new trainer for Tuesdays. I think she'll be pretty good! She kicked my butt that's for sure!!
