Yesterday and Today have not been fun for me! I have been sick with really bad headaches, dizziness, and nausea. I had the day off with training yesterday, but didn't get my 30 minutes run today. I hope that tomorrow will be much better for me!
Hey All! I started this blog as a triathlon training blog to write about my progress before my races!! With getting involved with Tough Mudder and Ragnar, it has become my training blog for all of my races I do now! Blogging about my training not only helps me complete my weekly workouts, but it also gives me that motivation to keep going as well as look back at all that I have accomplished!
And no, I'm not pregnant!!!
