Bike 60:00 Run 15:00

Today I did a combined workout. First I went to my cycling class, which was way hard! We did a 1 minute hill, continually adding resistance, then 2 minute alterations of 15 seconds up then down, and then a 2 minute sprint with lower resistance. After that, we did 3 minutes adding a minute to each set, 4 minutes doing the set, and finally 5 minutes, then repeated it all over again! My legs were BURNING!!! My knees did pretty good though, which makes me happy! After that, I ran for 15 minutes which was about 1.3 Miles. I am exhausted!! It's such a good feeling though, knowing how well I worked today!!
