Slacker...

So this week has been CRAZY for me! I've had such a hard time doing my set training! Since Monday, I have swam 1400 yards, did a strength training video at home (which my butt is so sore from) and have run a total of 30 minutes. What a slacker I've been! I don't want to make up excuses cause I know I could have gotten myself to still do it! I think I was too focused on my other duties like work, the kids, and singing 2 different nights for my ward. I need to whip into shape and get back in the swing of things!! I know I'll definitley feel it next week!!
