Cycling 60:00

Today I went to my cycling class. I've been going for about a month now. At first, it was the hardest thing I've ever done! I have never really cycled at all, so doing it for the first time sucked! My knees aren't the greatest, so cycling is definitely hard on them, but good at the same time. They say, cycling is the best to strengthen knees, which I have seen a huge difference! Anyways, today's class was full of people which made the room super hot, and me sweating like a pig!! The teacher had us do a lot of hills and sprints. It's so cool to see the variety of people who go.What I love, is that anyone can cycle and do it at their own level and still feel a part of the group! It's an hour class, which completed my training for the day. For some reason though, my knees weren't feeling the best. Really, my whole body has been kind of achy. Douglas and Mekenzie have both been sick with the flu, so I hope I'm not catching anything! Keeping my fingers crossed!! I just hope that soon I can get my bike, so I can start training outside. Anyone know of where I can get a good deal on one?
