Yesterday, I went and did cycling again. My legs were a bit sore, but overall I felt really good!! Of course after the hour class I was a sweaty mess again, but I love feeling like that after an awesome workout! It makes me feel like I really pushed myself and I'm getting all of the ickyness out of my body :)
I ate pretty good as well.
Breakfast: 2 egg whites with salsa and tortilla
Snack: Chocolate milk after workout
Lunch: 6 inch Subway sandwich
Snack: Oat balls! These were a hit at Ragnar. Kind of like no bake cookies, but MUCH healthier and super yummy!! Here is the RECIPE for them :)
Dinner: Mac and Cheese and a few chicken nuggets (I know, way healthy right??) Only thing we had to eat! I so have to go shopping!!!
Snack: More oat balls!
Today as for my workout, I went to the gym and did the muscle class that I LOVE. We focused a lot on our legs doing a bunch of different reps! My butt is going to be sore tomorrow!! Then the last 15 minutes we focused on arms and abs. Such a good class to tone your body!!!
