It Works!!

Today I went to an old friend of mine's home where she introduced me to an awesome product! The Company is called It Works. They are most known for their wraps. You apply it to any body part that might have access skin or flab, you wear it for 45 minutes, and then take it off for results. I tried it for the first time on my tummy since I have not been able to get it toned like I have wanted after having Mekenzie. After taking it off, I was a 1/2 inch smaller than before! Some people have larger amounts that come off, but the more you do it, the more you lose, plus even after 3 days of applying the wrap, you still lose. I am really hoping this works!! We shall see by Tuesday!! If it does, I am definitely going to get more! They sell a bunch of other products too like a firming gel you apply to your skin, vitamins, and much more!

As for my workout, I did another one of BBM's (Bikini Body Mommy) workouts. I hit up Day 2 of her 90 day challenge and it KICKED MY BUTT again!!!! Then I add her ab workout too! Love the sweat on I got!!

Eating has been going well!! I've cut back a ton on eating sugary stuff and have tried eating better snacks. I've been drinking a TON of water too!!
