Ok, I'll admit. After Ragnar and with the Holidays, I really slowed down on my workouts! I mean, I still did a few days a week, mostly dance stuff, but not like I should have done!! Plus, with all of my family drama and illnesses that have been going on, life's been a little hectic lately!
So with less than 2 weeks till the Valentines Show, I am kicking it up a few notches and will be going hardcore on my workouts and eating healthy! I want to be able to look my very best when we perform, plus it really helps motivate me to have an ending goal. I know... 2 weeks, not very long, but I know I'll be able to reach my goal with the mind set I have!
My goal this time around is really focusing on my mid section, since this is always my weak area and of course keep toning everything else! I hope to also drop AT LEAST 5 pounds, but am really shooting for 10. Again, 2 weeks, but I am hopeful and have my weeks planned out to get me there!
Here is what my schedule consists of this week:
Today: Cycling
Tue: Swim/Weights/Dance
Wed: Cycling
Thurs: Muscle Class
Friday: Yoga/Stretch
Sat: Cardio/Weight training
Excited to get my booty going! :)
