Busy week

Dang! I was going to try and and blog every day, but got too busy, so here I am now!

Wednesday, I was so sore waking up from dance the night before that I was second guessing of going to cycling, but pushed my butt out the door anyways! I am SO happy I did though because the cylce class kicked my booty and just made me feel really good after! Never again am I going to let myself not get up and go when I don't feel up to it or make a stupid excuse not to!

Thursday was the muscle class which I LOVE! We did the bands this time and focused on certain parts of our body, did reps to where they made that part burn like no other, and then switched to another part. We focused on our biceps, back, booty, and abs that class. Let's just say my body is really feeling it today!

As for today, it is more of my relaxed day where I did a yoga video and did lots of stretches.

Tomorrow I have my friend's training session in the morning and then time to have a massage after! :)
