So here it goes!! I'm ready to rock another triathlon!! I decided to do the Salem Spring Tri again on June 1st, which was the very first one I did back in 2010. I loved the course and atmosphere of it and look forward in bettering my times, especially my run since I feel much stronger in that area now! Plus, last year I didn't race in any triathlons since I was busy with other races and performances with dance, so I am super stoked to get into it again!!
Starting tomorrow comes my training for it!! I have 11weeks to train and feel ready and strong! I will be tracking my progress on my workouts to keep me on schedule before the race! Here is what to come this week:
Monday: Cycle Class/ Abs
Tuesday: Strength Training/ Cardio/ Dance
Wednesday: Cycle Class/ Run 3 Miles/ Abs
Thursday: Muscle Class/ Swim 1200
Friday: Run 3-5 Miles/ Abs
Saturday: Swim 1200/ Stretch
Sunday: Rest
