Well, I lost a pound since yesterday! Ha Ha, let's hope it continues!
Today I was going to swim, but my cousin and I decided to do a little cardio and then focus on weight stuff. We warmed up first, me running a mile on the treadmill, and then did a circuit type workout where we alternated upper and lower body stuff, rotated through the circuit of 8 stations, and repeated it 3 times. After the 3rd one, I was exhausted! I really liked it though! Then tonight, I had jazz and show stuff that by the time I was finished, I don't know why, but I was VERY EXHAUSTED!! I better get some good sleep to get through tomorrow's workout!
