You would think after all my races and running I've done these last few months, it would put me in a DO NOTHING type of mode and wanting to relax for the Holidays, but NOSIREE people!! I am more motivated now than I have been in a long time!! Dont get me wrong, I am very driven to accomplish my races and all, plus to stay at a healthy weight, but I am SERIOUSLY ready for some change, and I mean for my body (meaning mid section that is)!! Overall I am slim, can't complain, but to be honest, I don't eat the way I really should eat. With that, I think it is why I have struggled to get my lean "hardcore" tummy that I have been striving for for so long! Plus, I have our Burlesque show for Valentines coming up that I want to look SMOKIN' HOT for my honey of course! ;) So starting tomorrow, besides my usual workout routines I'll be blogging about, I am going to also blog and track on the food I eat. This I think will push me to reach my goal!! I'm not one to be way specific on a diet or anything, but am REALLY going to try and stay away from sugary stuff like treats, baked goods, and soda!! I think starting with that will help a ton, plus I will be making more of an effort to eat healthy and control my portions. So here is my workout plan for this week:
Mon: Cycling Class and 30 Minutes Abs
Tue: Run 3 Miles, Dance/Workout Class
Wed: Cycling Class and 30 Minutes Abs
Thur: Muscle Class
Fri: Swim 1600 and 30 Minutes Abs
Sat: Run 5 Miles and Weights
Goals on food: Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, no soda, and little sugar as possible
