Today I didn't get my run in unfortunately and because of stupid work, I couldn't get to dance till later and missed Jazz class :( However, we did go through our show which did get me to sweat somewhat. We have a show coming up next week at What a Woman Wants Expo. We are doing some of our new songs we are learning. I'm excited and hope with the little amount of getting the dances down, we'll kick butt at it!! Since I didn't get much out of working out today, when I got home, I decided to do one of the workouts on Bikini Body Mommy's Blog, Her DAY 1 workout from her 90 day challenge she has posted on there. I did it and HOLY HECK was it hard!! Definitely filled my need of working out that's for sure!! I would like to somewhat follow the 90 days, depending what else I'll be doing, but I think it'll be nice to have if I don't do what I plan on doing like today!
Here is what my eating looked like today:
Breakfast: Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios
Snack: Celery and PB
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Arbys Sandwhich, Did have some Pepsi, and Jalepeno Poppers (Again, not too healthy, but I was starving)
And of course LOTS of water
