Just Keep Running!

It's been a few days since I last posted! Wednesday, I went for a short run, Thursday, I did the awesome Muscle Class at the gym, Friday, I took the day off knowing that I'd be running the next 2 days, Yesterday, ran just under 7 miles, and today, just over 5 miles! Wow! Lots of running I tell ya! Luckily I've been feeling good overall with my runs that I've done! My knees aren't too bad thankfully and I dont get winded or anything when I am running longer distances. My 7 miler was really good! It was most of an incline at the beginning and to the middle, but declined at the end which I felt awesome! Todays run was killer though! The first part wasn't bad at all going downhill, but coming back, there was a huge hill we had to climb which I ended up having to walk! It was just way too much for me, especially after running yesterday! I could feel it more today that's for sure! Today was our Ragnar team run though which was awesome getting to meet some of the people I'll be spending my time with! It was nice too because everyone was on different levels and distances, but we all did the same course. So pumped for this week though!! Got Tough Mudder on Saturday!! Let's pray the weather will be nice since I have to get in freezing ice water and mud!! I am still going to rock it though!! :) So excited!!!
