A start to a new week

So, if you read my recent blog on The Belshe Life, you will get a better understanding of what's been going on recently. With todays experience though and feeling better with things, I got myself to go for a run, shorter than what I've been doing, but a run to clear my head a bit.

I ended up running just under 3 miles. It was a nice run, but I inhaled WAY too many bugs!! So gross!!

As for the rest of the week, here are my plans:

Tues: Run 2-3 miles, Dance, Workout Class

Wed: Run 5-6 Miles

Thur: Muscle Class

Fri: Yoga or Swim

Sat: 6-7 Miles
