So this should be my last post until Tough Mudder on Saturday!! I am super pumped and ready to rock it!!
So going backwards, Today I ran 2 1/2 miles. I was sick yesterday and had NO energy whatsoever to do anything so I thought I'd better throw in something before the race in a few days. My time wasn't too bad actually, about a 9:11 minute mile, but I was struggling that's for sure! I could tell by being sick that it was one of my roughest runs I've done, but I did it and feel so much better! I'm just glad to be feeling good so that I'll be ready for Saturday!!
Wednesday I did nothing but lie around the house! I was so weak and felt nauseous all day, and NO I am not Preggers!! :)
Tuesday I had my usual kickbutt dance class. We didn't do a work out though since we had to learn some more dances for our show, but I still felt the burn and got my sweat on!
As for tomorrow... I am going to get LOTS of rest and carb load so I can feel my best for Saturday and kick some major butt at Tough Mudder!!! SO DANG EXCITED!!!!!!!!!
