So if you read my post on The Belshe Life, you will see that I am going to start training tomorrow for Tough Mudder and Ragnar! I went online and researched some training schedules and Ragnar's website had some good training stuff that I think will help me a lot! Here is my schedule for this week! It might change a little if I throw in a swim workout or dance stuff, but I wanted to put it down, so I know what to look forward in doing! Then I will blog each day of what I do in my workout! I think this will help and motivate me to accomplish my training!
Monday: 15 Minutes Run, Gym: Weights
Tuesday: 20 Minutes Run
Wednesday: Dance/Workout/ Weights
Thursday: 20 Minutes Run
Friday: Swim/Abs/Yoga Take easy day
Saturday: 30 minutes Run
Sunday: Rest
We'll see how this turns out! Wish me luck!! :)
