Today I ran for 20 minutes which was just over 2 miles. I felt so much better running today than I did yesterday! It was outside though, so that made a huge difference for me! My legs are a little shaky, but overall, I feel good! Then, I wanted to do some ab stuff, so I looked on my Motivation Pinterest board and did a Burning Core Pyramid. This is what it consisted of:
50 Crunches> 10 regular, 10 right, 10 left, 10 alternating, 10 regular
40 Mt. Climbers> 1 right, 1 left = 1
30 Side Crunches> 15 one side, 15 other side
20 In and Outs
10 Scissors> 1 right, 1 left = 1
20 In and Outs
30 Side Crunches> 15 one side, 15 other side
40 Mt. Climbers> 1 right, 1 left = 1
50 Crunches> 10 regular, 10 right, 10 left, 10 alternating, 10 regular
The Mt Climbers killed me, but I loved it! Definitely felt the work out!! :)
Excited for dance tomorrow!! Lets hope Nicole doesn't kill us too bad ;)
