Week 1, Day 1
Today I went to the gym. I focused on my arms with free weights and some of the machines. I did 12 different workouts 3x, focusing on my shoulders, triceps, and biceps. I want to start looking at some of the cross fit training, just to switch up my toning stuff a bit. Then after, I ran 15 minutes on the treadmill which ended up being exactly 1.5 miles. I took it easier than I usually do. My legs and knees are still sore from Saturday, but I have to start running more just to get my body used to it. We'll see how I feel tomorrow with my run! Hopefully I wont be hating it too bad and hoping to run outside! The treadmill to me gets boring after a while!
