Very Sore!!

Today I woke up way sore!! My butt and legs are killing me! I still went to the gym though and swam, which did help with my muscles! I did 1000 yard workout. It's funny how much of a difference it was from swimming on Tuesday compared to today and how much easier it was and that it'll keep getting easier each time I go :) I just love the water! After, I relaxed in the hot tub which was so nice! Glad to have one of those at the gym!!

Tomorrow, I'll be going to a yoga class in the morning and then an hour with my personal trainer. Gonna set some nutritional goals and note some weight workouts down so I know what to do!!
