Cardio

Today I did some cardio at the gym. I ran for 1 mile, inclined at a 12 for 1/2 mile, sprinted off and on per minute for another 1/2 mile, and then ran another mile. So total in all 3 miles. I hadnt done that in a while so it was fun switching it up a bit. Just wished I could run outside. Too much of a baby right now with the cold! After, I got on the stair master and did 1 mile, alternating with side steps and regular steps at different levels. I could definitely feel that in my butt!! Then lastly, I worked on my core. The gym has some cool machines that work on your obliques and abs, so I did 4 different machines and alternated 3 times. Tomorrow, I will probably get in the water and swim. I only swam once last week, but hope to swim at least 2 times per week. I just love the different workout it brings. I am all about the variation thats for sure :)
