Tough Mudder Week!!
This Saturday is the big Tough Mudder!! So so excited :) I really pushed myself last week and am going to keep working out, but take it a little easier to be ready for this weekend! Today, I ran 1 mile, did the stair master for 10 minutes, and did lunge workouts for my legs, and focused on Ab stuff. I started tracking my calorie and workout intake today, just to get an idea on where I'm at, so I can really focus on my goals this year. Tomorrow I'll be doing a spin class in the morning. Ready for some good cardio!!
