Feelin' Good!!

Today I did a spinning class at the gym. It was intense!!! The whole hour we did dfferent intervals of being in zone 2 where you are feeling the burn, but comfortable enough at the same time, then zone 3, where you push yourself to your max. We started at 1 minute each zone, 1 1/2 each, 2 min each, 2 1/2 each, 3 min each, and then 3 1/2 min each, taking us in reverse all the way back down to the start. I was SO sweaty after, but felt awesome!! I just love the high I have been getting of working out! It is such a joy in my life that takes away my stress and helps me feel confident and strong! SO ready to kick some butt this weeknd!!!
