Toughen Me Up!!

I've been slackin' with blogging on here, not so much working out, but blogging! It did just hit me though that in just over 2 months, I will be doing the Tough Mudder in Pheonix and I SO need to toughen up again! Ok, so maybe not much, but still, I feel I could always be more fit! STORY OF MY LIFE!!! Anyways, so starting today, I will be blogging every workout because it helps me to get me motivated and stay consistent. I do workout about 3-4 times a week, but I have to push harder now! Get focused and all!!
I was thinking of doing p90x again, but just downloaded the insanity dvds, so what I will be doing is a mixture of both, since I do love p90x, plus any workouts that I do at the gym or at dance.

Last night, I did Plyo (My Fave) which wasn't too bad considering how my knees have been. I just love how sweaty I get doing it! Gross, but such a good feeling!! Today, I went to the gym and did Turbo Kick. I really pushed myself!! Such a fun class!! When I got home, I decided to go for a run. It's cold as heck outside, but I love running out there. I only did about a mile, but better than nothing I guess. The bad thing about the weather though is that I can't stop coughing after!! Such a pain. Tomorrow, I will probably go for a run again and then have my lovely 3 hours of getting my booty kicked at dance!! I love it so much though!!!!

I am really looking forward on doing a Tough Mudder again! It'll be a whole different experience with the terrain and location, but it will be intense as ever I'm sure!! Wish me luck :)
