Turbo, Yoga, and Dance
Monday, I didn't do anything since I had to work all day, plus I wasn't feeling good, but Tuesday I did an awesome workout doing turbo kick at the gym. The workout consists of kicks and punches, similar to turbo jam and then we did a lot of leg and arm workouts, plus ab stuff. Then yesterday I woke up very sore! I went to yoga which was amazing as always! The instructor is just so good at what she does! I love that she challenges us to do things that most yoga classes don't do. Oh ya, before yoga I ran 1 mile to warm up. Last night was dance. A lot of the time we focused on our Christmas show since we'll be performing in just a few weeks!!! It definitely is a good workout though with all of the stuff I do in it! Can't wait to perform!!!!
